523c2dfb21 StopLimitDA.cs Removed DeleteStopLimt(String symbol) 
Added DeleteStopLimit(String symbol, double shares)
               Added GetStopLimits(String symbol)
               Obsoleted GetStopLimit(String symbol)

StopLimit.cs - Commented out references to EffectiveDate
